Banderas Bay is home to a great diversity of habitats, plants and coastal lagoons, mangroves and beaches the variety is so great that you can find up to 355 different species in this area.
Come and join us on this unique birding tour in Nuevo Vallarta where we’ll make one stop at the mountains by a river and a second stop in the Quelele Lagoon coastal system, where we can observe wetland species that inhabit the mangroves and waterways. We’ll see a wide variety of birds, including the famous Military Macaw, the Orange-fronted Parakeet, the Citreoline Trogon, Magpie Jays, Jacanas, Herons & Egrets, just to mention a few.
Schedule: This tour runs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. At 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, 7:15 AM
Cruise Passengers: Meet at the marina office at 9:30 AM and return to ship at 3:00 PM
