Offroad Adventure

The Offroad Adventure is the ideal way to get off the beaten path and explore the real Mexico. Never shy to celebrate the wealth of natural resources and raw, breathtaking scenery of this area - we'll escort you by Unimog into the remote, traditional villages of the Mexican Outback and uncover the ecosystem and wildlife of the mountains and jungles of the Sierra Madre.

Unimog4x4 Fun

This is like your very own journey back in time, when the simple events of the day had greater meaning. Escaping the suburbs of Vallarta in our specially designed Mercedes Benz unimog jeeps, we'll take you on a voyage of discovery over chassis-challenging terrain, through mountain streams and past long forgotten settlements on a mission to reach the heart of the Sierra Madre.

Making TortillasAuthentic mexican food and culture

We'll visit a local Mexican home, where you'll savour freshly prepared corn tortillas, beans and salsas hand-made on the spot by the resident matriarch. See how these typical Mexican families live sustainably, growing and preparing their own foods as they have for centuries.

InsectTropical forest wildlife hike

We then venture deeper in the forest vegetation, where our expert eco-guides take you on an extraordinary 45-minute educational nature hike, inspiring you to explore the wonderful flora and fauna tucked away under the canopy of the jungle.

Open BarBeachside lunch and open bar

At the end of the day, enjoy a delicious beachside lunch.  On the way back to Vallarta, enjoy an open bar, with soda, beer and tequila, and share experiences and laughter with your new friends from the day.

San Sebastian del Oeste

Buried deep in the heart of the Sierra Madre Mountains, San Sebastian's remote setting has made it one of Mexico's last remaining secrets. While this tiny mountain enclave (elevation 4500 ft) isn't far from Puerto Vallarta, it's still a world away from the usual tourist haunts.

BridgeGetting There

Just 90 minutes distance from Puerto Vallarta, the drive flies by as we wind our way through impressive mountain scenery. From the comfy atmosphere of our air-conditioned transportation, you'll see everyday scenes of rural life and some of the most breathtaking views Mexico has to offer.

Church CeilingColonial Mexico Perfection

Originally settled in 1605, this secluded 17th century mining town reached its peak of prosperity in the 1700s, when over 30,000 people inhabited the area. Over the years, the town's population fluctuated wildly as gold and silver were mined intermittently between the 1600's and the 1930's.

AgaveCoffee & Agave

Although those gold rush years are long gone and settlers have since moved on, this beautiful mountain village of just 600 residents has kept its true colonial heritage. A shining example of an ancient Mexican village and well known for its corn and cattle trade, San Sebastian is now cultivating coffee and agave in its lush mountainsides.

ArchwayUntouched by Time

With its charming cobblestone plaza, elegant snow-white buildings, classic Porfirian bandstand, an 18th century church dedicated to San Sebastián and a wealth of 18th century Haciendas, you'll enjoy a privileged glimpse into colonial Mexico, untouched by time.
